Overview

Our industrial barcode scanner captures barcodes, QR codes, and tiny Data Matrix codes on various types of product surfaces. With its compact and lightweight design, the scanner can be easily embedded onto/into automated testing fixtures within tight spaces. Our AI algorithm optimizes the reading of DPM (direct part marking) codes and laser engraving codes. Even poorly printed or severely damaged images can be read after careful calibration.

Auto focus, global shutter (shooting while moving), and PC-free decoding features are also available for different application scenarios. Up to 8 scanners can be decoding and uploading data simultaneously if cascaded by edge computers, which helps a smart factory to build traceability management system and quality tracking system.
