Description

The SG2165 Precision Source-Measure Unit (SMU) platform is capable of four-quadrant operation,accurately providing voltage or current outputs while simultaneously measuring voltage, current, and resistance, among other functions. It integrates the capabilities of a six-and-a-half digit digital multimeter (DMM), a five-and-a-half digit precision voltage source, current source, electronic load, and pulse generator.It is feature-rich, compact in size, and comes with standard testing interfaces, making it highly suitable for integration into test fixtures. The SG2165 Source-Measure Unit platform is primarily used for IVR testing in industries such as semiconductors, sensors, and modules. It is customized for production line testing and provides efficient and cost-effective testing and measurement solutions for automated ICT and FCT in production lines.
