Facial Feature Recognition
Based on THE AI deep learning algorithm, the dynamic detection targets (such as duty personnel and public works personnel) were recognized with multi-dimensional face features, such as fatigue, activity, smoking, yawning, and phone call, and their working status was comprehensively evaluated.
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
The content/items to be inspected can be tailored to the customer’s needs: screen displaying, PCB mounting, tray parts, chip pins, drill holes (and diameters), screw threads, etc.
OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
Based on our AI deep learning algorithm, the camera accurately captures and reads characters on various types of materials, such as PCB, industrial monitors, instrument, product labels/packages, certificates, and documents.
LED Status Inspection
We offer products and services for LED inspection in production lines, including inspection of basic status (LED on/off and color), and inspection of comprehensive status (LED color, brightness, sequence, position), where a closed-loop feedback system provides real-time feedback on the running status of the product.
Barcode Scanner
Our industrial barcode scanner captures barcodes, QR codes, and tiny Data Matrix codes on various types of product surfaces.
SDR Platform for RF Testing
Based on Zynq UltraScale+ RFSoC, our SDR (software-defined radio) platform can be applied to common RF testing such as 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NB-IoT, and GNSS. In a production line for electronic products, our platform can also be applied to wireless communication testing, wireless IC testing, and RF recording and playback.
MIPI RFFE Controller
Based on MIPI RFFE v2.1 (also compatible with SPMI, SPI, I²C, I³C), our controller provides two independent interfaces for RFFE components (e.g., filter, PA, and LNA). Either a PC or a testing instrument can be connected to the controller via USB or Ethernet. SmartGiant also designs management software for the controller to help deploy centralized online testing.
TCON Testing
TCON (timing controller), normally located on the circuit board below the glass panel, is the only active component inside a TFT-LCD. TCON plays a key role in the control and correction of brightness (HDR), color, touch, refresh rate, and power savings
